How do I install my Eau by TUSHY?Updated 8 hours ago
The Eau requires professional installation. Unlike a bidet seat or attachment, it's a full toilet replacement — it connects to your water supply, bolts to your floor flange, and plugs into a GFCI outlet. We strongly recommend two adults for lifting and positioning.

Here's what installation involves from start to finish:
- Turn off the water supply valve and disconnect the existing supply hose
- Remove your existing toilet (if applicable)
- Install the toilet flange (if not already present)
- Install mounting brackets onto the flange using the included toilet bolts
- Attach the wax ring to the underside of the Eau
- Lower the Eau onto the flange and press down firmly to seal
- Secure the mounting brackets and add covers
- Connect the T-Adapter with Built-In Filter to the angle valve
- Connect the bidet and flush water supply hoses to the T-Adapter
- Turn on the water and check every connection for leaks — wait one hour before proceeding
- Fill the Cloud Spray reservoir
- Plug into the GFCI outlet and let the Eau run its startup cycle
- Set up and pair the remote
- Apply caulk around the base after 24 leak-free hours
