Yes! The Eau by TUSHY is compatible with tankless water heaters.

One thing to know:

The Eau must be connected to the cold water supply, not the hot water line. This applies whether you have a tankless heater or a traditional tank. Connecting to a warm or hot supply line will cause the water temperature to run hot regardless of your remote settings.

The Eau heats water internally using its own heating element, which is how it delivers the warm wash you set on your remote. Connecting to a hot supply bypasses this and can make the wash uncomfortably — or unsafely — hot.

What your plumber should know:

Your plumber will connect the Eau to the cold water supply valve near the toilet. As long as your cold water line is accessible and meets the standard requirements (3/8" or 1/2" compression fitting on the valve), there's nothing special about a tankless setup that affects installation.
