Why Is My Eau by TUSHY Water Too Cold or Too Hot?Updated 3 hours ago
Your bum deserves the perfect temperature — let's dial it in.
Too cold:
- Check your water temperature setting on the remote. Start at a medium setting and increase in small increments.
- Note that the Eau uses instant water heating. The water warms up almost immediately, but there can be a 1–2 second delay on the very first spray of a session.
- If you're on Eco Mode and returning after several hours, the first spray may feel slightly cooler as the heater kicks on. This normalizes within a second or two.
Too hot:
- Reduce the water temperature setting on the remote. Setting 3 out of 6 is a comfortable starting point for most people.
- If water is scalding even on the lowest setting, turn off the Eau and contact our Poo-Rus immediately. This should not happen and may indicate a hardware issue.
Still not right?
If water isn't reaching your preferred temperature even after adjusting the setting, check whether Eco Mode is active — it limits heating when not in use. Review your Eco Mode schedule in the remote menu, or turn it off entirely to test.
