The location of the serial number for TUSHY bidets may vary depending on the exact model you have. Here are some visuals:

TUSHY Ace:
If you're sitting on the Ace, you'll find it on the left side of the seat near the drain plug. 

TUSHY Ace Remote:
You'll find the serial and version number inside the battery compartment if you remove the battery cover. Should you have an issue, we'll likely be curious about what "version" is listed in the lower right hand corner of the label.

TUSHY Classic and TUSHY Spa:
You'll find two raised "clocks" on the underside of the TUSHY console, underneath where the knobs are located.
