Place your order by 7 AM ET on a weekday, and we’ll aim to get it packed and on its way that same day. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days across the contiguous U.S.
Wondering when your TUSHY will arrive? Here’s what to expect.
1. Find your ship day

Our warehouse team takes federal holidays off. If your ship day lands on one, your order heads out the next business day.
Not on Eastern time? 7 AM ET is 6 AM Central, 5 AM Mountain, and 4 AM Pacific.
2. Count your delivery days
Start counting on the first business day after your order ships. Weekends and federal holidays don’t count.

These are standard shipping times. If you picked a faster option at checkout, that option’s timeline applies.
Here’s how it plays out: Say you order Thursday at 10 AM ET. That’s after 7 AM, so your order ships Friday. Monday counts as day 1, Wednesday is day 3, and the following Tuesday is day 7. Your package should arrive between that Wednesday and the following Tuesday.
