What should I do if I received a wrong item or an item in my order is missing?Updated 2 hours ago

Oh crap! Sorry to hear you didn’t get everything you ordered! Likely one of the following describes your situation:

  • If you ordered multiple items, it’s likely that they’re being sent in different shipments. In this case, you should have received separate shipping confirmation emails with different tracking information for each shipment. You can track the item you’re still waiting on using that info. It’s likely still headed your way!
  • If you’re missing something that should have come included with an item you ordered (like something from your parts kit with your TUSHY bidet, for instance), that should not happen! If it did, please submit your issue here, and we’ll make sure you get the missing part! We don’t like shipping the bed.
