The Eau by TUSHY is built to last — and we've got you covered if something goes sideways.

What's covered: All Eau by TUSHY units come with a 12-month limited warranty on parts and equipment from the date of delivery. If something is defective or malfunctions under normal use, we will replace the defective parts free of charge within the warranty period.

Want more coverage? You can add extended protection through Extend at checkout, or contact our Poo-Rus after purchase to add it to your order. Extend covers hassle-free replacements, extended failure protection, and power surges and electrical failure — in 1, 2, or 3-year plans starting at $169.
What's not covered:

• Damage caused by improper installation (reminder: professional installation is required!)
• Damage from using non-TUSHY products in the dispenser or water system
• Cosmetic damage from misuse, harsh cleaners, or accidents
• Issues caused by electrical problems outside the Eau unit itself

To file a warranty claim, reach out to our Poo-Rus and include the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or a video showing the problem
