What is the purpose of the non-slip rubber pads?Updated 9 days ago
The non-slip rubber pads keep your TUSHY bidet attachment securely in place, so it doesn't slide or shift while you're using it. This applies to our bidet attachments only (Classic, Spa, Fresh), not our bidet seats.
Here's what they look like:

You should have received four rubber pads with your TUSHY. They fit into the designated slots on the underside of your TUSHY 3.0 base. Make sure all four are attached before you install; they're what keeps your seat feeling solid instead of unsteady.
The image below shows the underside of a TUSHY bidet attachment with one non-slip rubber pad missing.
