My TUSHY's nozzle spray is weak!Updated a month ago
SOUND THE BUTTHOLE ALARM. This should be an easy fix. First, make sure your toilet's angle valve is open all the way. If it's partially shut, it'll reduce your water pressure.
If your TUSHY still isn't blowing water like a humpback whale, something's gotten clogged in the water intake, hose, or nozzle. It's often a piece of broken gasket or loose particulate from the water lines that got shaken free during install.
Bidet Attachments (Classic, Spa, Fresh) and Non-Electric Seats (Wave, Oasis):
- Turn off the water at your toilet's angle valve.
- Disconnect the flexible steel hose from the TUSHY console.
- Flip the TUSHY over so you can see into the water intake port, the part you just unscrewed the hose from.
- Remove any crud with a tweezer.
- Reinstall, and you should be back to a much-improved spray.
Electric Bidet Seats (Ace, Aura, Cloud, Cloud+):
- Turn off the water at your toilet's angle valve.
- Locate the Steel Mesh Filter at your water connection and check it for buildup.
- Clean the filter, and clean the nozzle itself while you're at it, since debris can collect in either spot.
- Reconnect and turn your water back on.
