I need to change my address or cancel my order!Updated a year ago

We are unable to change any order after it has been placed, and while we can certainly try to cancel your order, most orders are processed as soon as they are received. If your order has been processed, unfortunately it’s too late to cancel as it’s already on the shipping truck heading your way.

If you do need to cancel, please reach out to us via email or chat support immediately with your order number letting us know you'd like to cancel. The faster the better, but please be advised we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to cancel your order before it is processed. Our priority is getting your order to you (and ultimately, your bathroom and your bum!) as quickly as possible, so last minute changes can be tough to squeeze out. ;)
