The Eau Battery Pack keeps your toilet running during a power outage — no power, no problem. If you live somewhere with frequent or unpredictable outages, it's worth having.

Where to get it

What it does

When the power goes out, the Battery Pack automatically kicks in and keeps your Eau functioning — including flushing, the bidet spray, seat heating, and the display.

Without the Battery Pack, you can still manually flush by pouring 1–2 gallons (4–8 liters) of water directly into the bowl. Pour steadily to create the siphon effect that triggers a flush.

Installation and setup

The Battery Pack connects to the Eau and charges while your toilet is in normal use. Setup instructions are included with the pack — if you need them digitally, contact our Poo-Rus!
