Little door popped off your Eau's nozzle bay? No panic, no tools, no plumber required. Here's how to snap it back where it belongs.

Putting it back in place

The door lives on the underside of the control panel, right next to the seat, sitting over the nozzle bay opening. Watch it click back into place here: 

Note: The nozzle door shown in this video has a different shape than the nozzle door on the Eau.

Go slow and handle the door carefully, it's a small part, and the door or its pins can break if you rush it or force it into place.

If it pops right back out or just won't stay put, stop pushing. That usually means a pin snapped off, and forcing it can damage the housing, and nobody wants that.

If a pin is broken, or the door never made it into the box

Reach out to us with your order number and a photo or quick video showing what’s going on, and we’ll get a replacement part headed your way. If your Eau arrived without the nozzle door at all, let us know as soon as you notice, and we’ll get it sorted for you!
