How to Qualify for the CashBack Offer?

The CashBack Offer is not a traditional promo code. To qualify, your order must be placed through the special CashBack link sent to you via email or SMS.

That link activates the offer and automatically tracks your purchase at checkout.

Important:

• Complete your purchase in the same browsing session

• Do not open a new tab or leave the page before checking out

• Discount codes cannot be combined with the CashBack Offer

If you use a discount code, the CashBack Offer will automatically become invalid, and you’ll need to choose one or the other.

Unfortunately, if the order was not placed through the CashBack link, the offer cannot be added retroactively after purchase.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place a CashBack-eligible order, you’ll receive a redemption form to complete.

After submitting the redemption form and selecting your preferred CashBack method, the holding period will begin. This period typically lasts 30 days before your CashBack becomes available.

What is the holding period?

The holding period is the time between your purchase and when your CashBack becomes available.

If your order is refunded during the holding period, your CashBack will automatically become ineligible and be suspended.

Once the holding period ends, your CashBack reward becomes active and ready for use.

If you selected a prepaid card as your CashBack method, please note that these cards typically come with an expiration date of around 6 months from the date they are issued.
