How to clean your Eau by TUSHYUpdated 2 hours ago
Keeping your Eau clean is a lot like keeping any toilet clean — just with a few extra parts to know about.
Cleaning the exterior
Wipe down the seat, lid, and porcelain body as often as you would a standard toilet. Use a mild, non-abrasive cleanser applied to a cloth first — don't spray directly onto the Eau's digital display or side panel.
You can use stronger cleaning solutions on the ceramic bowl, just like a regular toilet. Avoid bleach or bleach-based products on the water hoses as they can cause the hose material to crack over time and lead to leaks.
🚫 Don't use:
- Bleach or bleach-based cleaners on hoses
- Abrasive scrubbers on the seat or display
- Thinner, benzene, acidic chemicals, chloride, or hydrochloric acid on any surface
Cleaning the nozzle
The Eau has a self-cleaning nozzle, but you can also clean it manually.
- Hold the Clean Nozzle button on your remote for 5 seconds without sitting on the seat. The nozzle will extend.
- Clean with a soft brush.
- Press any button to retract the nozzle.
Do not force the nozzle out or try to pull it manually — it can break.

Cleaning the water filter
The T-Adapter with Built-In Filter has a steel mesh filter that catches sediment from your water supply. Clean it every 1–2 months.

Annual inspection
Once a year, inspect the adapter and hoses for cracks, leaks, signs of rusting, rips, or tears. If you find anything, stop using the toilet and contact our Poo-Rus immediately.
