Before performing any maintenance or cleaning, always unplug the power cord and shut off the water supply. Regular maintenance helps ensure your bidet operates at peak efficiency.

The internal filter is located at the inlet valve where the flexible hose connects. You will need a flathead screwdriver to remove it.

1. Remove the filter: Use the screwdriver to unscrew the steel mesh filter by turning it counterclockwise.

2. Clean the filter: Rinse the filter under running water or gently use a brush to remove any debris from the mesh openings.

3. Reinstall the filter: Place the filter back into the housing and screw it in clockwise until hand-tight.

4. Check for leaks: Turn the water supply back on and ensure there are no leaks.

Depending on your water hardness, we recommend replacing the water filter every 6 to 12 months to maintain optimal performance.
