Standard shipping in the contiguous US is free on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 pay $7.99. Outside the contiguous US, the cost depends on where your order is going and how much it weighs. Either way, you’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Contiguous US

Standard shipping: Free on orders of $99 or more, and $7.99 on orders under $99. It arrives in 3 to 7 business days.

Express shipping: It arrives in 1 to 3 business days. The price depends on what’s in your cart, and bigger items like electric bidet seats cost more to rush. Your express price shows up at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Your order ships with USPS Standard Shipping and arrives in 5 to 10 business days. The cost is based on the total weight of your order.

Canada

Depending on what you order, it ships from our warehouse in Canada, or from the US.

From Canada: Your order ships with Canada Post. You can choose Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost if you want it faster.

From the US: Your order ships with Standard International Shipping and arrives in 7 to 21 business days. The cost is based on the total weight of your order.

Australia

Your order ships with Standard International Shipping and arrives in 7 to 14 business days. The cost is based on the total weight of your order.
