Can I exchange my TUSHY bidet for a different model?Updated 18 hours ago
Ordered the wrong shape, temperature, or type of bidet? As long as it's still sealed in its original packaging and it's been less than 30 days since delivery, you can swap it for a different model through our returns portal. Here's exactly how.
Exchange eligibility
Before you start, make sure your order checks these boxes:
Within 30 days of your delivery date. The clock starts the day your TUSHY arrives, not the day you ordered it.
Unopened, with the security seal intact. We don't ship in outer boxes, so if you're not sure your replacement will fit, reach out to us before opening anything. Once it's open, it's yours to keep.
A few things aren't eligible for exchange, same as they aren't for standard returns: sale items, discounted bundles or 2-packs, T-shirts and merch, spare parts, and consumables like toilet paper, Reboot Fiber Gummies, bathroom scents, and scrubbing pads. Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. and Canada also can't be exchanged.
Keep in mind: our standard 10% restocking fee plus shipping applies to exchanges too, same as it does for standard returns. That fee comes off the value of your original bidet before it's applied toward your new one.

How to exchange your bidet
Go to our Returns Portal.
Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code or email. This pulls up your order details.
Choose Exchange as your request type.
Add your replacement to the cart. Browse and pick the model you actually want.
Click "Go back" instead of checking out. This takes you back to the main portal screen so it can process the swap correctly.

6. Continue with the request. If your new pick costs less than what you paid, you'll see the leftover balance as store credit before you submit.
7. Submit your exchange. You'll get a confirmation email with next steps and a prepaid label for sending back your original bidet.
Once your original TUSHY is on its way back to us, hang tight. You might see a temporary hold on your card in the meantime. That's not a charge, it's just there to hold your spot until we get your return. Make sure you send your original bidet back before the deadline on your return label. Miss it, and that hold gets charged to your card. Send it back in time, and it disappears on its own once we receive your return.
Common Exchange Scenarios
Wrong seat shape (electric bidet seats). This is the one that trips people up most. TUSHY Ace only comes in round. Cloud, Cloud+, and Aura only come in elongated. If you measured wrong, or moved somewhere with a different toilet, the portal walks you through picking the correct shape. Not sure which one you have? See "Will TUSHY fit my toilet?" below.
If you have a Wave or Oasis instead, skip ahead. Their shape-swap process is different and doesn't go through the exchange portal at all. See the Wave and Oasis section below.
Switching between an attachment and a seat. Attachments (Classic 3.0, Spa 3.0, Fresh) fit most standard bowls regardless of shape. Bidet seats (Wave, Oasis, Ace, Cloud, Cloud+, Aura) are shape-specific. If you're moving from an attachment to a seat, check your bowl shape before you pick a replacement.
Non-electric to electric, or the other way around. Upgrading to an electric bidet seat means you'll need a grounded 3-prong GFCI outlet near your toilet. Downgrading to a non-electric model means no outlet needed, just your water line (or a nearby sink connection, if you're going with a warm-water model like the Spa 3.0 or Oasis).
Wave and Oasis: a different process for shape swaps
If you have a TUSHY Wave or Oasis and ordered the wrong bowl shape, follow the steps below instead of the standard exchange process. Since the Wave and Oasis are designed with a detachable seat and lid, you only need to swap those two parts to match your toilet's bowl shape.

Check your Wave or Oasis serial number first, since the seat and lid come in two different versions depending on when yours was made
This is the recommended path for any round-to-elongated (or elongated-to-round) swap on a Wave or Oasis. It's faster than a full exchange, and you get to keep the base you already have.
No sink access for your Spa? You don't need to exchange it!
If you bought the TUSHY Spa but don't have a sink close enough to hook up the warm water connection, you don't need to return or exchange it. The Spa works perfectly well as a TUSHY Classic using the cool water connection alone.
Your Spa comes with an Inlet Cap that screws onto the hot water port under the console, sealing it off so you can run on cold water only. If you move somewhere with sink access down the line, you can always hook the warm water back up.

No sink access for your Oasis? You don't need to exchange it!
If you bought the TUSHY Oasis but don't have a sink close enough to hook up the warm water connection, you don't need to return or exchange it. The Oasis works perfectly well as a TUSHY Wave using the cool water connection alone.

If your replacement costs more or less
Choosing a pricier model: You'll pay the price difference in the portal when you submit your exchange, calculated after your original bidet's value has the 10% restocking fee and shipping deducted. Separately, you may also see a temporary authorization hold on your card until we receive your original bidet back. That hold isn't an additional charge; it releases on its own once your return arrives.
Choosing a cheaper model: The leftover amount, after the 10% restocking fee and shipping come off, is issued as store credit, not a refund, same as our standard return policy, including the same 5-year validity window.
Common Questions
Can I exchange for a different color?
All TUSHY electric and non-electric bidet seats are available in white only, so color exchanges are not available for these models.
For bidet attachments, color availability varies; please check our website to see if your preferred color is currently available, then contact our Support Team if you'd like to request an exchange.
What if I already installed my bidet?
Once it's installed, it's considered opened and is no longer eligible for exchange. If something isn't working right, that falls under our 12-month warranty instead.
How long does my exchange take?
Once we receive your original bidet, plan on 7 to 10 business days for us to inspect it and finalize your exchange.
Can I exchange after 30 days?
