Why do I need to prime Cloud Spray after a new fill — and how does it work?Updated 2 hours ago
The Cloud Spray system runs through a small pump and tubing that connects the reservoir to the dispenser nozzle. When the reservoir is empty or newly filled, there's air in that line. The formula can't dispense properly until the air is pushed out and the tubing is fully primed with liquid.
To prime: Press the Cloud Spray button 3 to 5 times after filling. You may hear the pump working without much foam output at first. That's normal. Once the tubing is primed, you'll get a full, consistent foam with each activation.
If you skip priming, the system may sputter, underperform, or seem broken when it's actually fine. A quick button-press session after every refill saves a support ticket.
