Why do I need to close the Shutoff Adapter after every use?Updated 6 hours ago
Great question — and we're glad you asked before finding out the hard way.
Closing the Shutoff Adapter between uses is standard practice for all handheld bidet sprayers. On the slim chance a leak develops between the sprayer and the Shutoff Adapter, leaving it open could result in flooding your bathroom. Closing it after every use eliminates that risk entirely.
Here's the move: after every spray, turn the Shutoff Adapter clockwise until the handle points down. That's the CLOSED position. You're done.
