The serial number for the Wave can be found on the back of the unit.

How to identify your Wave model, shape, and version

Need to figure out which Wave you have? No problem. The first two letters identify your model: WV means TUSHY Wave. The third letter tells you the shape: R means Round and E means Elongated.

The next two numbers show the production month, from 01 for January through 12 for December. The following two numbers show the production year, such as 24 for 2024, 25 for 2025, and 26 for 2026.

For version identification, serial numbers from XXX092400000 through XXX072599999 are for the old version (2025). Serial numbers beginning with XXX082500001 and later are for the new version (2026).

If you’re having difficulty capturing a picture of the serial number, you can use the quick-release button located on the left side of the seat (as shown in the image below) to detach the base plate from the seat.
