1. Your water connection. Do you have a flexible hose or a rigid pipe at your toilet's water connection?

If you have a rigid or hard metal pipe, you'll have to replace it with a flexible steel hose first. Head over to our TUSHY Spare Parts page and grab a Stainless Steel Braided Hose for Toilet Connection. This hose will replace your hard metal pipe and allow room for the shutoff adapter to fit in between your water supply hose and the toilet tank connection.

2. Your toilet tank connection. The TUSHY Handheld Bidet Sprayer needs direct access to your toilet tank — no exceptions. It cannot connect to the angle valve or the sink. Our shutoff adapters are typically designed for standard ⅞” connections, which means the Handheld Bidet isn’t compatible with flushometers or most skirted toilets.
