The hose on my TUSHY Handheld Bidet Sprayer isn't long enough. What do I do?Updated 12 hours ago

The Bidet Hose is 3.9 feet (1.2m), which works for most standard bathroom setups. If you're running short, try these steps before ordering a replacement.

First: Untwist the hose

Hoses often coil during installation. Take the Sprayer out of its holder and extend the hose to its full length, rotating the Sprayer itself to uncurl any twisting as you go. You might find you have several more inches than you realized.

Second: Check the holder position

If the holder is mounted on the opposite side of the toilet from the Shutoff Adapter, the hose has to travel further to reach a comfortable spraying position. Consider remounting the holder on the same side as the tank connection.
