If it arrived damaged or broken within a year of use, just reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll help make it right.

If your Wave is outside the one-year warranty and your lid broke, you can purchase a replacement through our Spare Parts page linked below. 

Before placing your order, please check your Wave’s serial number located on the back of the unit to ensure you select the correct lid version.

Your serial number includes a date code. The first four numbers represent the month and year (MMYY).

Like this:

• Serial numbers with a date code between XXX092400000 and XXX042599999
   → Select the 2025 version in the shape you need:

• Serial numbers with a date code between XXX082500001 or later
   → Select the 2026 version in the shape you need:
