If your Wave is outside the one-year warranty and your lid broke, you can purchase a replacement through our Spare Parts page linked below. 

Before placing your order, please check your Wave’s serial number located on the back of the unit, to ensure you select the correct lid version.

Your serial number is the key to finding the right replacement lid. Here’s how to decode it: the first two letters identify your model, so WV means TUSHY Wave. The third letter tells you the shape: R means Round and E means Elongated. The next two numbers show the production month, from 01 for January through 12 for December. The following two numbers show the production year, such as 24 for 2024, 25 for 2025, and 26 for 2026.
