My TUSHY Wave's nozzle is not retracting back!Updated 9 days ago

We’re really sorry that the best poop of your life has been temporarily delayed!

First check to see if the nozzle returns when the seat is lifted. Rotate the pressure dial slowly and be ready to turn it back off as water will shoot out into the room if the toilet bowl is not covered. We suggest covering the toilet bowl with a flat object, like a newspaper or a bowl to prevent the water spray from making a mess.

If the nozzle does go back in then we'll go ahead and send you a new Base Plate—that should help! This Base Plate is thicker to stop the seat from shifting left to right and has a different non-slip pad placement to prevent the nozzle from getting stuck/not retracting. Please contact our Poo-Ru support team to place this order free of charge.

As a temporary solution while you wait for the new Base Plate, you can gently remove the Nozzle Door. Once you receive the new Base Plate, it should easily snap back into place.

See how to gently remove the Nozzle Door, just be careful not to break off the pins that hold it in place. The trick is to gently disconnect one side and then just sidle it off. Exercise finesse to avoid snapping off those pins in the bidet base.

If the nozzle does not go back in or spray water, please check that your water valve is fully turned on. Also be sure the Tank Adapter is attached to the toilet, the hose is connected to the Tank Adapter, and there are no kinks in the hose.

If that all checks out, drop us a line and an Installation Poo-Ru will help you out!
