If your Oasis is outside the one-year warranty and your lid broke, you can purchase a replacement through our Spare Parts page linked below. . 

Before placing your order, please check your Oasis’ serial number located on the back of the unit to ensure you select the correct lid version.

Your serial number includes a date code. The first four numbers represent the month and year (MMYY).

Like this:

• Serial numbers with a date code between XXX092400000 and XXX042599999
   → Select the 2025 version in the shape you need:

   → Select the 2026 version in the shape you need:
