Is there a minimum weight requirement? My child isn’t able to use the Cloud+Updated 2 hours ago

Our Cloud+ by TUSHY uses a seat sensor that needs to be activated for the bidet to work. Sometimes kiddos sit with their legs closer together (totally comfy for them!), but that position might not fully engage the sensor.

Have them sit a bit farther back or adjust their position slightly so they’re directly over the sensor—once it’s activated, they’re good to go! The image below shows exactly where the sensor is located on the seat.
