How to use your TUSHY Spa 3.0Updated 15 hours ago

DO YOUR DOO

Don’t be shy, everybody poops.

TURN THE KNOB

When you turn the pressure knob a few degrees you will activate what we call SmartWash. This feature cleans the nozzle by running water over the outside of it in case you get any poo on it— no hands necessary! Adjust the pressure from gentle butt spritz to power wash. Go slow the first time until you understand your home's water pressure and what works for you.

You've also got a second knob for water temperature, since Spa 3.0 pulls warm water from your sink in addition to the cold line. Use the pressure knob to control your spray strength, and the temperature knob to dial in warm or cool.

TUSHY works best between 45 and 55 PSI, so if your home has stronger pressure we'd recommend adjusting that to make it more bearable. Also, here are some quick tips on how to get the squirt you desire. Most of the pressure action happens between 12pm and 2pm if you're looking at the pressure knob like a clock face. So if 2pm blasts your butthole off, start with 12:15 and slowly take it from there and find your sweet spot. If it's still too strong, you can also try flushing at the same time as you activate the TUSHY spray to get a diminished sprinkle.

If none of the above helps, you can purchase a Water Pressure Reduction Insert from our Spare Parts page and add it into your TUSHY console connection. This should help dial down the pressure a bit.

Here's a video on how to install the water pressure insert:

If you have any questions at all, reach out to us, and our Poo-Rus will be able to ASSist you.

**Avoid being overzealous when washing with TUSHY – just a little will doo it. TUSHY’s knob offers a range of pressure to accommodate your home’s water pressure. If your water pressure is exceptional, using TUSHY at its top setting (especially for a long time) could cause irritation or other issues. TUSHY is not meant to power wash away the good bacteria or cause any discomfort! For more info, talk to your doctor to assist with best butt health practices.
