Once you’ve submitted a return request through our Returns Portal, our team will review it within 3-5 business days.

After your request has been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Return Status Page. From there, you can easily:

• View your return status and details

• Access and print your return shipping label

• Review your return summary, including your eligible store credit amount

• Follow the step-by-step instructions for sending your item back
