How do I uninstall the TUSHY Handheld Bidet Sprayer?Updated 8 hours ago
Moving, renovating, or just taking a break from the bidet life? Here's how to remove your Handheld Bidet Sprayer safely and leave your toilet exactly as it was.
What you'll need:
- Towels
- Adjustable wrench or pliers
Step 1: Turn off the water
Turn the water supply valve clockwise to shut it off. Flush the toilet to drain the tank and relieve pressure from the hose.

Step 2: Remove the Handheld Sprayer and Bidet Hose
- Unscrew the Bidet Hose from the bottom of the Handheld Sprayer (counterclockwise). Set the Sprayer aside.
- Unscrew the Bidet Hose from the Shutoff Adapter's side port (counterclockwise). Have a towel ready for residual water in the hose.
Step 3: Remove the Shutoff Adapter
- Unscrew the Shutoff Adapter from the toilet tank inlet (clockwise, viewed from above).
- Unscrew your original supply hose from the bottom of the Shutoff Adapter (counterclockwise).
Step 4: Reconnect the original supply hose
- Screw your original supply hose back onto the toilet tank inlet (counterclockwise from above). Hand-tighten only.
- Turn the water supply valve counterclockwise to restore water flow.
- Flush the toilet once and check the reconnected supply hose for leaks.
Step 5: Remove the holder
If you tank-mounted the holder, simply lift it off the tank edge and peel the Suction Cup away from the tank surface.
If you wall-mounted the holder, unscrew the Wall-mounting Screws counterclockwise and pull the Holder Body off the anchors. The Wall Anchors can remain in the wall or be carefully removed and patched.
Saving your TUSHY parts
Keep all components, the instruction manual, and any original packaging. You'll need them if you reinstall later.
