How do I Install my TUSHY Oasis' warm water connection?Updated 31 minutes ago
Setting up your TUSHY Oasis’ warm water connection is easy! Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started.
Step 1: Check Your Warm Water Access
Before you begin, make sure you can easily access the warm water supply valve under your bathroom sink. The sink must be within 6 feet of the included hose to reach.
Is your sink too far? No problem! You can get a longer 9' Polyurethane Tube on our spare parts page here: 9' Polyurethane Tube with Dual Brass 3/8" Compression Fittings for Spa/Oasis

Step 2: Connect the Mini Adapter to Your Sink
You will be installing a mini adapter at the warm water supply valve under your sink.
Disconnect the existing flexible steel hose from the warm water supply valve by turning it counter-clockwise.
Have a rigid pipe? If you have a rigid metal or plastic pipe instead of a flexible hose, you'll need a flexible hose first. Get our Stainless Steel Braided Hose for Sink Connection or pick one up at your local hardware store (look for a flexible steel hose that’s ⅜” x ½” compression).
Attach the mini adapter to the warm water supply valve, then turn the hex nut clockwise to secure it. Do not overtighten—finger-tight is enough to create a proper seal.
Reconnect the existing flexible steel hose to the top of the mini adapter and turn it clockwise to secure it. Again, do not overtighten.
Step 3: Now you will connect the TUSHY to the warm water supply you just set up.
Take the loose end of the white Polyurethane Tube (this tube is already connected to the warm water valve on the Oasis).
Screw this end onto the warm water inlet port of the TUSHY.
Turn it clockwise (if you are facing the side of the TUSHY with the inlet port).
Didn't Work Out?
If you can't or don't want to connect to warm water right now, you can still use your TUSHY Oasis as a cold-water-only bidet (like the TUSHY Wave).
Screw the inlet cap (provided in the box) onto the hot water inlet port.

You can save the warm water part of the installation for another day, and still enjoy your TUSHY!

Quick Tips:
Sit Down First! Do not spray until you are seated. We know it's tempting, but unless you want a wet bathroom (or face!), wait until your butt is on the seat.
Adjust Pressure Slowly: Turn the pressure knob very slowly. Always start on the weakest setting and gradually increase to find your desired spray intensity. Be cautious to avoid any discomfort.
Adjusting Water Temperature
The Temperature Control Knob is on the left side of the bidet (when you are sitting on it), right next to the warm water inlet port.
For Warmer Water: Turn the knob clockwise (away from the toilet tank).
For Cooler Water: Turn the knob counter-clockwise (toward the toilet tank).
