You can/should clean TUSHY as frequently as you do your toilet with a neutral PH mild cleaner by manually pulling down the nozzle on our non-electric bidets (Spa, Classic, Wave and Oasis). The nozzle itself is retractable and only comes out of its poo-free cocoon when in use. We have also added a fun little nozzle wash feature that cleans the nozzle by running water over the outside of the nozzle, no hands necessary!
For Ace, our electric bidet seat, you can press and hold the Seat Temperature and Water Temperature buttons for 5 seconds to activate the self-cleaning function. The Ace automatically cleans the nozzle after every use, but you can do it manually too if you're a clean freak!

Cleaning products we recommend include Simple Green, Dr. Bronner's or any soap that isn't too harsh or caustic. If you have any doubt, please share the label, and we can confirm that it's a good match!
⚠️ CAUTION: Avoid using harsh chemicals such as bleach or bleach-based products on your TUSHY’s water hoses. These can cause the hose to crack and lead to leaks and water damage.
