How do I clean my TUSHY bidet attachment?Updated 14 days ago

All of our bidet models feature a retractable nozzle that stays tucked away in its poo-free cocoon until use. Plus, the nozzle wash function automatically rinses the nozzle with running water—completely hands-free!

While a bidet seat or attachment can certainly keep you clean, it can't clean itself. So, just like your toilet, your TUSHY should be cleaned regularly using a mild, neutral-pH cleaner. Cleaning products we recommend include Simple Green, Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds, or any soap that isn't too harsh or caustic. If you have any doubt, please share the label, and we can confirm that it's a good match!

⚠️ Do not use bleach, thinner, benzene, acidic chemicals, chloride, or hydrochloric acid detergent to clean the product, because this could result in discoloration/scratches to the product or corrosion, which could result in damage to your home.

Remember, a poorly maintained bidet can malfunction. The nozzle heads may become clogged with sediment or buildup, especially if you have hard water. The easiest way to clean calcium build-up in the nozzle is to wrap it with a rag or paper towel soaked in white distilled vinegar and let it sit for 30 mins to a few hours.

If your TUSHY bidet has a control panel or remote, gently wipe it with a lightly dampened cloth and a mild cleaner. Avoid excessive spraying or submerging the remote or control panel in water.
