Your TUSHY was designed to last for years of improved hygiene and enjoyment. That being said, all plumbing parts in your home should be reviewed and replaced periodically to ensure proper functionality and reduce any risk to your property. 

TUSHY is no exception to this general plumbing rule, so we recommend taking a peek once a year at your TUSHY Bidet, your adapter(s) and hose(s) and any other parts to ensure nothing looks funky and you don't observe anything that could become problematic. If you discover any issues, or observe any signs of damage, turn off your water supply and disconnect the bidet. Discontinue use and contact us at [email protected] if you need guidance on how to obtain replacement parts. We've got your back(side)!

We recommend replacing hoses and T-adapters every 4 years.
